The Service provides chunked high-speed upload capabilities for authorized business file distribution.
System administrators reserve the right to archive or purge inactive files after extended periods to maintain optimal server performance. Users are advised to retain primary copies of critical assets.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AGS GATEWAY AND COSMO BAZAAR EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY FOR UNINTENDED SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA LOSS RESULTING FROM USER NEGLIGENCE OR UNAUTHORIZED CREDENTIAL SHARING.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of AGS Gateway shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
